I was invited as one of the panelist at Policy Cafe with Sajeeb Wazed on Redefining Employment organized by CRI.
I had a fruitful open discussion with Honorable Adviser to the PM of Bangladesh on how this project can help creating jobs alongside with entrepreneurial employment opportunities in the grass root.
The project is set to facilitate 10,000 Farmers and create 3,500 entrepreneurs. It’ll also provide 15,000 job opportunities as technicians and more than 54,000 Families will be benefited directly from the project in next two years. The expected ROI of the project is 20% less in production cost and 20% production increase.

The Honorable Advisor Quoted that, “This initiative will surely be a great developmental opportunity for the people living in the villages like farmers to rise up their economy through digitization.”
I calculated on the spot that through this digitization net income of these farmers in three seasonal cultivation per year will be roughly 206 core BDT and it’ll increase every year.
